Each WRIT property has a courteous and professional maintenance team dedicated to addressing your maintenance needs. We will typically respond within 24 hours for requests received Monday thru Thursday and for requests received during the weekend, we will respond the following Monday. You also have the option to request a date and time, Monday thru Friday, for us to respond to a service issue. WRIT does offer 24 hour emergency maintenance response in the event of an emergency 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We strive to provide our residents with a safe and comfortable building by performing continuous preventive maintenance of the building, grounds, exteriors, interiors, and mechanical systems. Twice a year we will schedule preventive maintenance in your home to perform a comprehensive inspection based on our preventive maintenance check list. Additionally, we reinvest in each of our communities to keep them up to date with newer styled buildings including interiors, and building systems.
Each community has customer service and maintenance request service surveys available that are sent directly to the Director of Residential Management.
